Yup. This sounds about right. 😀 I miss my cities.
It’s not even just cities I want to be in – beaches, deserts, mountains, ice fields would suit me well too!
Samesies! I’m the one who wants to be anywhere BUT the place she currently is in. In Europe, I can just hop on a train or plane and be somewhere new temporarily. In NYC, I can go to…New Jersey? Sucks.
I think I need to start doing more city breaks, but I just find it quite stressful! Of course, there’s also something to be said about the quote that “You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be,” living in the moment and such. I’m no good at it, but I try!
